AdSense Revenue Increases 200%
AdSense Revenue Increases 200% by filtering MFA sites Published and Auto ads in Google AdSense Tips. I found today on great Digital Point Forum great tip (not first tip found there), how to increases AdSense revenue. You can really earn more if you use this tip. First open this page: link. Here is cupid9 post about this (copy&paste from forum), so all the credits goes to him (i’ve add links to original forum thread).
1. Visit your own sites showing AdSense
2. Right click on the ad title and copy the link location (if you’re using FireFox) 3. Paste the link location in your text editor, I suggest using the Notepad 4. In my case, I get this very long link location. Identify the destination url of the ad. 5. Copy the destination url of the ad and load it into your browser 6. See whether the destination page is a Made-For-AdSense (MFA) site. How? If the destination page satisfies any of the criterias below, it’s a MFA site and you should filter it as soon as possible.- The page has no content but only blocks of AdSense, AdSense for Search and AdSense Referral- The page has very very limited content like a paragraph of words but many blocks of AdSense on top of it / around it- The page has a few links to other sites with block of AdSense on top of them / around them- The site doesn’t add any value to your user’s online experience (this one is quite subjective) 7. In my (this) case, I have identified it’s a MFA site. So I add allthehealth.net to my filter list. BTW, AdSense team, do you mind to change the name of the filter from ‘Competitive Ad Filter’ to ‘MFA Filter’ since I believe ‘MFA Filter’ is more appropriate/suitable/relevant to most AdSense publisher. 8. Do not add www[dot]allthehealth[dot]net orhttp://allthehealth[dot]net/health/6/health/health/Health[dot]html to your filter. Instead, add allthehealth.net to block all ads from this site. Read here. 9. Check your site 4 hours later (as suggested by AdSense) or one day later (as suggested by me) and repeat all the steps above until all AdSense ads appearing on your site add true value to your users’ online experience. 10. Check your AdSense two weeks later and you’ll see significant increase in your AdSense earnings. If you AdSense earnings remain the same, then congratulations to you because you’re a responsible webmaster taking care of your visitors’ online experience. If you AdSense earnings decrease, then you should make a big decision in your life on which one is your priority: your visitors’ online experience or your online revenue (AdSense earnings). If online revenue is your top priority, then I suggest you to join MFA industry, one of the fastest growing and most welcomed by Google industries in the world. Tip creator is cupid9 and here is the original post on forum:AdSense Revenue Increases 200% by filtering MFA sites. This can really help you if you find ads that are showing on your sites on that MFA black list. Then you can put them away and earn more
:DADSENSE IMPORTANTS
Steps to Increase Google CTR which means more money:
1. Do not alter the Google Adsense code2. Do not ask your friends or visitors to click on your Google ads. Do not offer incentives for users to click on google ads. Don’t label the Google ads with text other than “Sponsored Links” or “Advertisements”
3. Do not click on your own ads. Google can find it out easily and if it does, your account will be banned and all your money earned is gone. Do not reload your pages excessively. If you are testing your website layout with Google Adsense, you can try the google adsense login to preview auto ads Google does not account any clicks made in the ads displayed in the preview tool in login.
4. Do not place google ads in pop-up windows, error pages or even empty pages.
5. Don’t start a website merely for making money from accidental clicks like “mesothelioma attorney” or “asbestos crisis”. You will never make money out these “made-for-adsense-only” websites. Instead, write on topics what you are passionate about. Don’t waste your money on high-paying adsense keywords lists.
6. For short content/articles, CTR(click through rate) is best when ads are placed just above the content
7. For long articles, CTR improves if ads are placed somewhere in middle of the content, as visitors read the long content and then they are looking for more resources.
8. Use Text Ads instead of Image Ads as users get more options. If you still want to display image ads, consider ad formats that support image ads. Statistics say that the 336×280, 300×250 medium rectangle or the 160×600 wide skyscraper works excellent, if you display multiple ad units on a page.
9. Reports tell that the following ad format/attributes works best,
border color = background color of your web site background color = background color of your web site link color = blue, color of your links url color = black, #999999 text color = black, #333333, color of your main content
10. Always put ads above the main fold. Just have the following heatmap as a reference before placing your ads on your pages.
http://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/internet/google-heatmap-2.htm
11. Placing images next to ads or above ads does help in attracting user attention, But google does not recommend.
12. Blend AdLinks with other navigation links or place horizontal adlinks at the top of your webpage. AdSense publishers are permitted to click on link unit topics on their web pages, provided that they do not click on any Google ads on the resulting page.
13. Request your friends or colleagues to navigate your website, watch their activity, it will provide vital clues about which regions on your website draw more user attention. Try putting ads near those areas.
14. You can put upto 3 adsense units on a page. Try putting a large skyscraper on the right navigation sidebar of your website. That area is close to the browser scrollbar. You can also add 2 AdSense for search boxes, 1 adlink unit and 1 referral button per product (i.e., 1 AdSense referral button and 1 Firefox plus Google Toolbar referral button).
15. The first few lines of your content are an important factor for determining what Ads are served on your webpage. That’s the right place to put keywords in bold (strong or tags) or header tags (h1, h2, etc).
16. Always select the setting to open Google Adsense search box results in a new browser window, so you won’t lose your visitors. Click the Open search results in a new browser window checkbox and this add target=”google_window” to your form tag.
17. Maximum people think the search box is on the top right corner. So you know where to put it.
18. Don’t syndicate full content in your RSS. If people can read everything from the newsreader window itself, why would they visit your website where your ads are.
19. Use URL channels to determine performance of individual pages. I track my most popular pages with Google Analytics, Statcounter and create a channel for each of the URL. You can even track Adsense Clicks with Analytics
20. For low CTR pages, try changing titles or adding more content to get better focused ads
21. Block low paying advertisers with Filters. Why to loose a visitor for 0.01 cents. Use Overture or Google Adwords Keywords tool to discover keywords that are less popular with advertisers.
21. The AdSense for search Top Queries report shows you what your users are looking for, by listing the 25 most common searches conducted through your AdSense for search boxes. Use this report to identify additional topics to add to your site, or to keep track of your most sought-after information. Focus and improve that content.
22. Not everyone has an RSS reader. Use RSS to Email services like FeedBlitz, Bloglet or Rmail to let users subscribe to your blog by email.
23. Try experimenting until you get highest CTR. Placement of ads depends from site to site. What is good for Yahoo is not best for google. So, try try until you find a good CTR
24. Use a Tracking website like Google Analytics or Sitemeter to track your visitors and see what keywords they have been searching and use it to your advantage

What is CPM, CPC, CPA and CTR
CPM CPM means Cost Per Thousand (M is the Roman numeral for thousand – and so Cost Per Thousand). This is the amount you will pay the ad-network or website publisher to show your ad a thousand times on their website or across their ad-network. Whether your ad is shown only once to each visitor (Unique Impressions) or any number of times – is something that you will have to work out with the nad-network or the website. CPM rates were once (p. yr 2000 bubble-burst era) as much as $75, but have now dropped to as little as $1 CPM.
CPC CPC means Cost Per Click. This is how much you would pay the ad-network or website every time a visitor clicks on your banner. CPC rates can be as high as $3 per click or as little as 5 cents per click. It depends on your product and your market – amongst other factors, the more competition there is – the higher you will probably end up paying as you compete with competitors.
CPA CPA means Cost Per Action. The Action could be any of the following types of actions – A visitor clicking on your banner coming to your site and filling up a simple enquiry form (CPR – Cost Per Registration), or if the visitor makes a purchase (CPS – Cost Per sale). It could be a flat fee or a percentage commission of the sale made. Affiliate-Networks like commissionjunction, linkshare and clickbank have very good software systems in place to track all this and provide statistics to online merchants and publishers on their network of websites. I have explained in detail what an Affiliate Network is, in another section. They basically, allow publisher websites to sign up for free so they can start earning commissions on sales arising out of the traffic they send to online merchants. The Affiliate Network tracks all this using their system and code merchants and publishers are required to place on their website. Publishers can sign up for free mostly, and in some cases online Merchants are required to pay a one time setup fee and possibly a monthly fee with commissions – eg. As in commissionjunction. A very popular site that is free to Merchants is Clickbank network.
CTR CTR is Click Through Rate. This is the percentage rate
at which people click on your ad banner. If your banner ad is seen by 100
people but clicked by one person – then it’s CTR is 1% or .01 Similarly, if
your ad banner is seen 100,000 times and in the same time period it is clicked
2000 times – then your banner CTR is 2% or .02.
This is how we calculate CTR … (Number of
Clicks / Number of impressions) x 100 Example, for above case it would be –
(2000 / 100,000) x 100 = .02 CPM, CPC or CPA … which is best for my ad
campaign? Your choice will depend on various factors. Sometimes companies such
as Pepsi, would just like to enforce their brand and be seen across many
websites, without any need for the user to click on their banners. This is a
brand hammering strategy, and a CPM deal would be preferred.
Apart from the above mass branding effort, the
decision to go for a CPC, CPM or CPA ad becomes a calculated decision when you
have a product that you want to sell on your website. Would you pay the
publisher for only visitors he sends you? or would you pay him for every
thousand ads he displays for you? or would you pay him a commission on sales
from visitors he sends you? This is tricky.
You may need to read the paragraphs below
slowly, or even several times over to get the gist of what I am saying … To
help you decide, you should first run a pilot CPM campaign that will help you
gauge results. Your CPM campaign and number of Clicks on your banner, will let
you know exactly what your CTR (Click through Rate) is for your banner. Your
CTR will help you decide your campaign type – CPM or CPC ? If your CTR is high,
you should go in for a CPM, if its low you should go in for a CPC. The reason
for this is simple.
If you have a low CTR then you would rather
only pay for the low traffic that comes to your site. If your CTR is high, then
you don’t mind paying CPM – because your cost will not escalate for more and
more visitors that come to your site, but will remain the same. I will explain
the above, with a couple of examples – Example 1 Lets suppose a website that
you want to advertise on charges a CPM of $5.00 and a CPC of 50 cents. And, you
need to decide if you should go in for CPM or CPC ? Lets suppose you first buy
1,000,000 impressions.
This works out to $5000 ($5 per 1000
impressions x 1000) Now lets suppose your CTR is not good and is 0.2 % (or 2
clicks per 1000 ads) Now, you need to calculate the amount you will pay of you
had bought a CPC. If your CTR is 0.2% and you display 1,000,000 ads, then this
works out to … .002 x 1,000,000 = 2000 clicks.
So essentially you have paid $5000 for 2000
clicks or $2.50 per click!! This means that I am better of buying on a CPC
basis, because one click there costs me only 50cents! And if I go for CPC, then
I will get 10,000 clicks for $5000 … which is 5 times more than the clicks i
get in the CPM model (2000). Example 2 Lets assume that your banner ad turns
out to be very good and gets a very good CTR of say 5% Now you need to decide
.. CPM or CPC.
Lets analyze as above – I paid $5000 for
1,000,000 ads at 5% CTR That means 5% x 1,000,000 ads were clicked on, which
equals = .05 (5%) x 1,000,000 = 50,000 clicks! So for $5000 i got 50,000
clicks. Now, if I had bought on a click basis, then at the CPC rate of
(50cents) I will pay 50,000 x $0.50 amount for 50,000 clicks, which is $25,000
(5 times what I would pay with CPM, for the same traffic) So, I am better of
buying with a CPM system for this banner ad campaign What about CPA? I have
dedicated a separate chapter for this. This system is gaining popularity
slowly. It seems to be the fairest system of all the three methods – specially
when you are selling a product or service. Both Google and Yahoo are leaning
towards taking their CPC system into a more fair and measurable CPA system.
Google has recently launched Google Analytics
and Google’s version of PayPal (Google Checkout) – that is a positive and firm
step towards its CPA plans. Selling ad-space on your website – how much can you
charge? Nowadays CPM rates have fallen from highs of $50 to $10 to $2 in many
cases. If you have high traffic you may approach ad-networks, and they will
serve out the ads for your website. They will give you a piece of code to
insert into the pages of your website.
You will get a Username and Password to login
to a control panel area on the ad-networks main website, to see how your site
is performing. Ad-networks pay you based on CPM or CPC, depending on what their
client (the advertiser) opt for. They will take from 40% to 60% commission.
This is acceptable, considering the fact that they get you the clients and
revenues, and they have to manage all the advertising technology and payment
systems.
Most of these ad-networks require that you have
a certain number of impressions per month to qualify to become part of their
network of websites. For example, DoubleClick requires at minimum 5 million
monthly page impressions. There are many mid sized networks, like Advertising,
fastclick, ValueClick (only CPC, owned partially by DoubleClick) and even
smaller ad networks like, burstnet. You should visit adbalance to get a
complete list and brief on popular ad networks.

WHY YOUR SUCK AT GOOGLE ADSENSE
Adsense Keywods For Highest Earnings
Here is another exclusive tip for all you adsense freaks from earning tips of money. This is a nice little trick where you sneak high paying google adsense keywords into your otherwise nothing earning website for higher profit. This is especially nice for blogs because you can do this in every post and watch you google adsense earnings climb to the top. For high paying keywords I use the google adwords keywords lookup tool. Here is an example:
I have exciting news to tell you guys and no it's not aboutmesothelioma lawyers, instead it's about how google adsense can earn you millions. Really my friend who is a consolidate loan student has a nice website about finding tax lawyers and he makes so much money that I don't think even a personal injury lawyer makes that much. So anyways that's what I wanted to tell you guys and don't even ask me what is mesothelioma because that's whatmalignant mesothelioma is there for.
Notice that i overdid it just to show my point. But really try sneaking at least one or two every post and you'll see your adsense earnings rise slowly. If you don't believe me check out the ads on top of this post. Thank YouMonday, June 13, 2011
Twitter For Blogger
Twitter is a great tool for bloggers and can help with a wide range of blogging related issues, but if you want to get the most out of it, it’s important to use it well.
So, in no particular order, here’s a selection of Top Twitter Tips for bloggers:
- Jump right in and get involved. Twitter can be a little overwhelming if you’re new, but in order to get the most out of it, you need to participate actively. It’s very much a 2-way communication tool.
- Don’t be an idiot! It may seem obvious, but if you act like a jerk, it’s not going to help you promote your blog. Treat people with respect and build relationships, just as you would in real life.
- Use a dedicated Twitter client rather than the web site. It’s so much more convenient to have a small app running all day than to remember to visit the web site. Try Twhirl (cross platform) or Twitterific (Mac).
- Don’t think of Twitter as a micro-blogging tool, think of it more as IRC in slow motion. It’s more an extension of instant messaging than a blogging tool. Treat it like a 2-way conversation and ignore Twitter’s “What are you doing…?” line.
- Ask questions. Give advice. Participate in discussions. If what you have to say is too long for a tweet
- Don’t follow thousands of people and expect them to follow you back. They won’t. People tend to follow those who have something interesting to say, and it’s easy to spot uninteresting people. They are the ones following 10,000 people while only having 7 people following them.
- Try to find a balance between original tweets and replies. This is akin to engaging in discussions in the comments on your own blog. It shows interest in your followers and helps build community.
- Analyse what those around you are Twittering about. What’s interesting to you, what gets the most response, and what’s useful to your readers. Use this when trying to come up with new ideas for what to twitter about.
- It is possible to solely use Twitter to post automatic updates every time you post a blog entry. If you have a popular blog, this can be useful, but if you’re not using the Twitter account to participate in discussions, make it clear that this is an “updates only” account. A better solution is to use software likeTwitterfeed to send new post notifications to your Twitter account, but to use the same account to actively participate in the Twitter community.
- Other sites like Twitter Karma and Twitter Local can help you find new people to follow, but be aware that these sites often ask for your Twitter username and password. Use them at your own risk.
- If the name you want on Twitter is taken, but isn’t currently in use, it’s worth checking with the Twitter team to see if you can get it anyway. If a name is inactive for 9 months and clearly not being used, they will sometimes free it up for you.
- Remember, that just because Twitter can do phone updates doesn’t mean you need to use them. If you switch this service on for all tweets, you could end up getting a lot of text messages! Personally, I have the service activated for direct (private) messages only. When combined with Twitter’s ability to send updates by text, this means I can communicate directly with my Twitter contacts when I’m out, even if I don’t have their number – and I don’t get inundated
That’s it. I hope you found some of that useful.
ADSENSE BEGINNER TIPS
AdSense is the program that allows publishers to put Google Ads on their own sites – and generate revenue from them. It’s popular because it’s so easy to do and because the ads are context sensitive. Whatever the subject of your web site, Google will crawl it and automatically choose ads that match. And with thousands upon thousands of advertisers, the chances are you’ll get relevant ads on your site.
Getting AdSense up and running is fairly easy – just paste the Javascript code into your blog template – but if you want to make the most of Google ads on your site, here’s a few quick tips:
Placement
The placement of ads on your page (where you put them) is possibly the most important factor if you want to get maximum revenue from AdSense. Try to place ads “above the fold” – i.e. near the top of the page, so a reader doesn’t have to scroll down in order to see them. If you’re ads are right at the bottom of the page, nobody will ever see them, never mind click them.
Ad Sizes
Different sized ads can perform very differently, so it’s worth experimenting with different sizes to see which works for you. Many people find large leaderboard ads at the top of a page, or 300×250 ads embedded in the content perform best.
But you also need to consider how the ads fit into your blog template. If an ad won’t physically fit, try a different size or placement. You might even find that you need to try a completely new blog template in order to fit ads in without detracting from the content.
Colours
You might not think it, but the colour of your ads can have a huge impact on your revenue. Most people find that colours that blend in with your own site work best. In particular, look at removing borders (by setting them to the same colour as the background).
Change one thing at a time
When tweaking your ads, rather than changing ad size, placement and colour all at once, change one thing at a time and wait at least a day to see how that change affects your stats. This is by far the best way of seeing how a particular change is affecting your revenue, and you won’t have to spend time figuring out what it was you need to put back if your earnings suddenly fall through the floor.
Use channels
Google provides custom “channels” that enable you to track ads on specific pages or placements to see how they perform. This is really useful if you want to see how one ad is performing in relation to another, and it’s absolutely vital if you have more than one site. Spend some time setting up channels and getting a feel for how they work, and you could end up saving yourself a lot of time and money in the future.
Experiment with image ads
For some ad sizes, Google lets you specify if you want to see text ads, image ads, or both. Often, letting Google’s algorithm decide works best, but in some circumstances, using only image ads can improve revenue. If you have a very text-heavy site with few other graphics, an image ad can provide an eye-catching focal point to your page. On other sites, it just looks overly busy and doesn’t work. Experiment!
Don’t Click!
Never, ever, ever be tempted to click your own ads or encourage your readers to click ads on your site. Not only is this against the rules, but Google has some pretty sophisticated fraud detection algorithms, and if you’re caught clicking or encouraging readers to click ads, the chances are your account will be frozen and you’ll lose all your earnings.
It’s also worth remembering that someone – a real, living, breathing advertiser – is paying for every ad click. If you’re clicking your own ads, you are effectively stealing their money. So don’t do it!
Track your changes
You’ll be surprised how a small change in layout or placement can affect the amount of money you can make from AdSense, but sometimes, you might find a sudden jump or fall in revenue and think “What did I do???”.
A lot of the time, it will be nothing that you’ve done – a change in Google’s ad placement algorithms or search engine rankings – but if you do make changes to the AdSense ads on your site, just write a note of what you changed and when.
Get a book!
As with so many things in life, a good book can be the best way to learn about AdSense. The AdSense Code by Joel Comm looks to be a popular choice with good reviews.
15 BEST AdSense tips 3RD PART
AdSense Tip #11: Show images above or next to your ads
Placing images above AdSense ads is not necessarily prohibited by program policies. However, depending on the method of implementation this could be considered encouraging users to click on ads. So you should include a border line between the ads and the images. Don't show specific products in your images, in order not to mislead the visitors. Just use generic images that will increase the visibility of your ads.
AdSense Tip #12: Use section targeting
Use section targeting to emphasize some content in your page. On your site, place this code where you want to emphasize.
Content you want to emphasize. If you want some content to be ignored, use
AdSense Tip #13: Alternate the colors of your ads
AdSense allows you to have up to 4 color variations for each variable for which you can specify color. You should do that if you put AdSense ads on pages that receive many impressions from the same visitors (for example forums) to reduce ad blindness. For example:
google_color_border = ["628098","628098","000000","000000"]; google_color_link = ["000000","BBB90C","BBB90C","628098"]; google_color_url = ["000000","628098","000000","000000"]; google_color_text = ["628098","628098","000000","000000"];
AdSense Tip #14: Your Google ads should be visible
Make sure your text ads are visible to the surfers in all screen formats. If you put the ads in a table, give sufficient breathing room, i.e. proper cell padding and cell spacing to make the ads stand out from the rest of your content.
AdSense Tip #15: Use AdSense channels
You can categorize the content of your website into channels and then track your performance. This way you can experiment with different types of ads and see which is performing the best. Instead of buying an AdSense tracker, you can enter the most important pages in your site and see how they are doing. Create up to 200 channels for AdSense.
15 BEST AdSense tips 2ND PART
- AdSense Tip #1: Your keywords are important
- AdSense Tip #2: Improve your keywords
- AdSense Tip #3: Keep your website focused on a theme
- AdSense Tip #4: Write a new page every day
- AdSense Tip #5: Choose the right AdSense format
AdSense Tip #6: Color tips
When creating your Google AdSense ads it is recommended to use the color scheme and style of your website so that the ads blend in well. Ads without background color and borders perfom better than ads within borders with background color.
Create a custom AdSense palette:
- border color = background color of your web site
- background color = background color of your web site
- link color = blue, color of your links
- url color = black, #999999
- text color = black, #333333, color of your main content
AdSense Tip #7: Position tips
Visitors tend to look at the big headlines to see if your page is worth reading. If you get them interested, they will read the text and look for your navigation links.
Place the AdSense ads in a prominent place around the top/left part of your page or under your headlines, where your visitors are most likely to look at.
If you have an article page with a long body of text, the bottom of that article is a good place for AdSense ads because your visitors read the text and then they want more resources.
AdSense Tip #8: Increase the number of ads, but not too much
If you have a lot of text on a page, use multiple AdSense units. You can use up to three AdSense units on a page, two AdSense search boxes and one unit of ad links.
Link units allow the user to refine what they're interested in. So if they may not be interested in specific ads on your page, they might be interested in a particular topic, and by clicking on a link unit and a link in the link unit, they'll be able to specify that they're interested in that specific topic and get a lot more options and variety on the ads that might appear.
AdSense for Search allows visitors to search Google.com or your sites (up to 3 domains). You earn money whenever they click on the ads that come up on the search results. If you click the Open search results in a new browser window checkbox in the AdSense for Search settings, you won't lose your visitors.
AdSense Tip #9: Preview Google ads
You can find out what ads will be served by Google AdSense if you install Google AdSense Preview Tool, a very simple tool available only for Internet Explorer 6.0. Click to advertiser sites without generating invalid clicks, and easily add their URLs to your URL filter list. Because AdSense uses geo-targeting, Google serves different ads for other countries. Instead of faking your IP or travelling abroad to test your ads, use this AdSense tool to see what ads see your visitors from France, Germany or other countries.
There may be no Google AdSense ads available for your webpage, so Googlw will display Public Service Ads. You can hide them using alternate colors or images. Make sure you include the image in a simple html file as a link (use target="_top"). The image size should be the same as the dimension of AdSense units. In the alternate url box, enter the absolute url of the html file.
Read more about alternate ads.
AdSense Tip #10: What not to do
- Don't click on your own ads
- Don't ask others to click on your Google ads
- Don't manually change AdSense code
- Don't place Google ads on sites that include prohibited content (e.g.: adult sites)
- Don't employ cloaking, hidden text or farm links
- Don't use AdSense ads on the same page with similar ads (e.g.: Yahoo Publisher Network)
15 BEST AdSense tips 1ST PART
AdSense Tip #1: Find your keywords
Before serving ads on a web page, check its keyword density. A free and advanced tool for finding the most prominent keywords in a page can be found here: SEO Density Analyzer. Copy the most important keywords to a text file ([web page name]-adsense-keywords.txt).
AdSense Tip #2: Improve your keywords
Get keyword suggestions from Overture Search Inventory and from Google AdWords Sandbox. Get new keywords that can help you improve your ad relevance. Enter the keywords from [web page name]-adsense-keywords.txt and save the suggestions to [web page name]-adsense-suggestions.txt.
AdSense Tip #3: Keep your website focused on a theme
Use the keyword suggestions to enhance your web pages and to build theme-based content. And also try to get your keywords into the anchor text of your incoming links as much as possible. Don't forget that Google AdSense is keyword-targeted advertising: Google AdSense bases its advert topics on your websites content, this means that content-rich websites of a popular topic should attract a large amount of ads.
AdSense Tip #4: Write a new page every day
One of the best tips is to add a new page to your web site every day. The more content you have, the more visitors you will get. Put an Adsense unit on each and every content page of your site. But where? You will find more about that from the next AdSense tips.
AdSense Tip #5: Choose the right AdSense format
Wider formats are successful because the ads are compact, easy to read and are complementary to the content. The top three AdSense formats are:
- 336x280 large rectangle
- 300x250 medium rectangle
- 160x600 wide skyscraper
Another successful format is the 468x15 horizontal ad links, that can be placed under your navigation bar.

EARN WITH FAST CLICK
Advertising wise FastClick (ValueClick) offer an industry-average 65-percent monthly payout on all advertising revenue your website generates. Fastclick pays by the 25th of the month for the previous month by check or PayPal.
EARN WITH BIDVERTISER
Bidvertizer pays you either in $25.00 increments by check or $10.00 increments by PayPal.
Customize the layout of your ads: BidVertiser gives you a simple point-and-click tool to help you customize the layout of the ads to fit your site's look and feel, in order to retain the high quality of your website. Bidvertizer also offers the opportunity to block unwanted ads. The reports provided by Bidvertiser are adequate but not outstanding. The only real problem is that they can be picky with who they accept into their program and can be quick to ban users whose websites show what may be perfectly valid fluctuating visitor behaviour

EARN WITH ADBRITE
Note, from my experiences it can take a day or so from when you signup with AdBrite and put their code on your website to actually start seeing relevant ads showing up. So if you see the message "Advertize on this site" just be patient and give it a day or so and you should start seeing relevant ads showing up.
